ویدیوها و اطلاعات مرورگر
پردازش ویدیو روی دستگاه شما انجام می‌شود. فایل ویدیو، سابقهٔ بارگیری، نام فایل یا سابقهٔ مرور شما را دریافت نمی‌کنیم. افزونه از صفحهٔ فعلی، اطلاعات پخش‌کننده، رسانهٔ موقت و مجوزهای وب‌سایتِ اعطاشده برای یافتن و ذخیرهٔ رسانه استفاده می‌کند. سایت منبع و میزبان‌های رسانه درخواست‌های لازم پخش و بارگیری را دریافت می‌کنند. سابقهٔ صف، تنظیمات و عیب‌یابی اختیاری تا پاک‌کردن یا حذف افزونه در حافظهٔ مرورگر می‌ماند. رسانهٔ موقت پس از تکمیل، شکست یا لغو پاک می‌شود.
Images and local processing
Image URLs, thumbnails, source-page details, selections, filters and saved reference collections stay in browser storage. Image downloads, ZIP export, PNG/JPEG/WebP conversion and duplicate checks run on your device. The source website and image hosts receive the requests needed to fetch the images. Opening a source link or exporting references is your choice.
پشتیبانی و اطلاعات حساس
فرم‌های تماس، ایمیل و پیام شما را می‌فرستند. گزارش مشکل و درخواست سایت، نشانی بازبینی‌شده را نیز می‌فرستند. واسط میزبانی‌شدهٔ ما در OVH این موارد را از طریق Telegram به گرداننده می‌رساند. نشانی‌ها و توضیحات ممکن است علایق شخصی یا حساس را آشکار کنند؛ گذرواژه، اطلاعات پرداخت، محتوای خصوصی یا اطلاعات شخصی غیرضروری نفرستید. می‌توانید به‌جای فرم به [email protected] ایمیل بزنید. برای پاسخ، بررسی اشکال و بهبود سازگاری، بر پایهٔ منافع مشروع ارائهٔ پشتیبانی و در موارد مربوط قرارداد با شما، از این اطلاعات استفاده می‌کنیم.
Cloudflare Turnstile
فرم‌های پشتیبانی وب‌سایت برای جلوگیری از سوءاستفادهٔ خودکار از Cloudflare Turnstile استفاده می‌کنند. Cloudflare نشانه‌های فنی مرورگر و شبکه، از جمله نشانی IP شما را پردازش می‌کند. سرور ما پیش از پذیرش پیام، توکن را تأیید می‌کند و آن را به Telegram نمی‌فرستد. پیوندهای پشتیبانی افزونه این فرم‌های وب‌سایت را باز می‌کنند. این پردازش بر پایهٔ منفعت مشروع ما در تأمین امنیت سرویس انجام می‌شود.
گزارش‌های میزبانی
گزارش دسترسی وب‌سایت ما رشتهٔ پرس‌وجو، ارجاع‌دهنده، کوکی، بدنهٔ درخواست و اطلاعات ورود حساب را ثبت نمی‌کند. گزارش‌های دسترسی و خطا فقط برای مدیریت سرور هستند و معمولاً با چرخش روزانه حداکثر پانزده روز نگهداری می‌شوند.
انتخاب‌ها و حقوق شما
بسته به شرایط، می‌توانید دسترسی، اصلاح، حذف، محدودسازی یا انتقال‌پذیری داده بخواهید یا به پردازش بر پایهٔ منافع مشروع اعتراض کنید. هرجا مبنا رضایت باشد، می‌توانید آن را بدون تأثیر بر پردازش قانونی پیشین پس بگیرید. به [email protected] ایمیل بزنید؛ نیازی به فرم محدودشده از نظر تعداد درخواست نیست. ممکن است هویتتان را تأیید کنیم و معمولاً ظرف یک ماه پاسخ می‌دهیم. می‌توانید به کمیسر اطلاعات بریتانیا در ico.org.uk یا نهاد ناظر محلی شکایت کنید. با نمایه‌سازی خودکار تصمیمی با اثر حقوقی یا اهمیت مشابه نمی‌گیریم.
Free launch and local preferences
The current MediaPlucker release requires no account or payment. We do not collect login credentials or apply account-based download allowances. Language, colour palette, appearance, queue history and extension preferences are stored on your device.
Version checks
The extension checks MediaPlucker.com for the latest available version at startup and periodically. These requests contain no account token, media URL or download history. Our hosting provider receives ordinary network information, including your IP address. Once a newer release is verified, an update is required before new scans or downloads; active downloads can finish.
Security, storage and statistics
We process the information needed to host the website and protect support forms, including IP addresses and request timestamps. We store language and appearance preferences locally. We do not use advertising cookies, sell personal information, run behavioural advertising or upload your downloaded media. Browser stores apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.
استفادهٔ محدود در Chrome Web Store
MediaPlucker’s use and transfer of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use data only for the disclosed download, support and security functions. We do not sell this data or use it for personalised advertising, creditworthiness or lending decisions. Transfers and human access are limited to purposes and exceptions permitted by that policy.
نگهداری داده‌ها
Local settings and download history remain on your device until you clear them or remove the extension. Hosting logs are normally retained for no more than fifteen days. Support messages are reviewed for deletion twelve months after closure. Support abuse blocks are reviewed for continued necessity and can be appealed by email. Private backups expire under the operator’s documented backup schedule.
اشتراک‌گذاری و انتقال‌های بین‌المللی
Our providers include OVH for hosting, Cloudflare for Turnstile and Telegram for support messages you submit. We share only information needed for those roles or lawful requests. Their processing may involve countries outside the UK. Where required, applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate transfer safeguards must be documented before a restricted transfer. Contact us for information about safeguards for your data. These providers do not receive downloaded media files through our service.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the effective date. Any future account or payment features will have updated disclosures before they are introduced.
